We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Team as a HR Officer. Working alongside the HR Manager, you will provide HR support to staff and managers across the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support, advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR topics
  • Coordination and management of recruitment, onboarding and induction
  • Supporting HR strategy and projects
  • Proving a full and effective administrative service including payroll process.

Parent Mediation

Parent Mediation helps separating or divorcing couples resolve disputes about children without costly legal battles. Mediators support constructive discussions to reach agreements in the children’s best interests.

Priority for specific postcodes in deprived wards.

Family Mediation

Our Family Mediation service provides a safe space for young people and their and their Parent/carer to reduce conflict and improve communication. Sessions focus on preventing family breakdown and creating positive changes through a solution-focused approach.

Young people aged 11 to 18 years.
Living in Leeds or attending an educational provision in Leeds.
Access: Self-referral.
