We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Team as a HR Officer. Working alongside the HR Manager, you will provide HR support to staff and managers across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to join GIPSIL’s Community Health & Prevention Service, to be part of the Specialist Domestic Violence Team. The purpose of the role will be
- To provide advocacy, advice, practical and emotional support to young people aged 16-25 who have experienced or are at risk of Domestic Abuse and enable young people to make informed choices and decisions.
- To have an understanding and experience of direct support to young people who have experienced trauma.
- To work on an outreach basis throughout Leeds supporting young people who have experienced Domestic Abuse.
