We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Team as a HR Officer. Working alongside the HR Manager, you will provide HR support to staff and managers across the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join GIPSIL’s Community Health & Prevention Service, to be part of the Specialist Domestic Violence Team. The purpose of the role will be

  • To provide advocacy, advice, practical and emotional support to young people aged 16-25 who have experienced or are at risk of Domestic Abuse and enable young people to make informed choices and decisions.
  • To have an understanding and experience of direct support to young people who have experienced trauma.
  • To work on an outreach basis throughout Leeds supporting young people who have experienced Domestic Abuse.

Parent Mediation

Parent Mediation helps separating or divorcing couples resolve disputes about children without costly legal battles. Mediators support constructive discussions to reach agreements in the children’s best interests.

Family Mediation

Our Family Mediation service provides a safe space for young people and their and their Parent/carer to reduce conflict and improve communication. Sessions focus on preventing family breakdown and creating positive changes through a solution-focused approach.

Living in Leeds or attending an educational provision in Leeds.
